Thank You All for a Wonderful Program Year! We saw many of you at a number of valuable presentations. The Lambeau tour was very well attended, with over 106 people - surely a Chapter record! We look forward to another year of informative and helpful presentations, and good networking within our Chapter, starting in September. Please check back for what's next, and have a safe and enjoyable summer.

• Proposed 2008 Nicolet Chapter Bylaws (doc)

Briefly, the changes include several that are procedural in nature, and are handed down from ASSE. They make sense, clarify previously vague points, and recognize technology improvements for things such as voting. The one change not spelled out by ASSE is our procedure for establishing an Executive Committee. Your Board has proposed that the Executive Committee consist of five individuals, the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Delegate. In the event one person holds two of these offices, which happened recently, the President will appoint an additional person to serve on the Executive Committee to bring the total to five.
